-Follow up on vendor set up inquiries
-Support Accounts Payable with vendor-related issues
-Follow policies and controls for vendor set up
-Set up EFT/ACH for vendor payment
-Review vendor accounts
-Validate vendor data completeness and currency
-Follow up on vendor set-up inquiries
Qualifications
- University or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Procurement.
- 3 years experience in Accounts Payable / Vnedor Management
- Bilingual (English / French)
- Proficiency with Great Plains or larger ERP's
