Under the supervision of the Senior Accounting Technician the main tasks given to the Accounting Clerk will be as follows:

Responsibilities
-Cashing by cheque and bank transfers
-Follow-up of accounts receivable
-Responding to our customers' requests for information
-Reminders on overdue invoices
-Compile and balance the month's deposits into an Excel file
-Apply either a credit note to the client's account or have a cheque issued for advertising participations and volume discounts granted at the end of the year;
-Process personal and quarterly employee orders according to company policies, if required;
-Perform other related duties as requested by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
We are very open to different profiles, different levels of experience in accounting. The bookkeeper sought must:
- Be quickly available;
- Have training in accounting (AEC, DEP or DEC) or relevant experience;
- Ideally, have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience and have already worked with an integrated system (asset);
- Be autonomous, meticulous and rigorous
