Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices and process accounts receivables;
- Perform collections;
- Cash application of commissions received;
- Process cheques/payables (twice a month);
- Create new vendors and vendor files;
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations;
- Communicate with vendors;
- Prepare financial reports as requested by the Controller;
- Reconcile general ledger balances.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in full-cycle accounting
- ideally, with a focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Intermediate Excel skills - to support documents for the GL accounts - and seeking some formula-based experience.
