As an Accounting Administrator, you're going to be maintaining ledgers and preparing all different kinds of accounting statements and financial reports! To be successful in this role, you're going to have to show great attention to detail and have a strong sense of time management/organizational skills.

Responsibilities
Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain accurate records
Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Support the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A diploma or certificate in accounting or related field is preferred
