    We’re looking to hire a Finance Administrator. Along with the responsibilities and
    requirements specific to the position that are listed below, candidates should be energetic and have an
    entrepreneurial spirit. Working in a small business provides many opportunities for learning and for
    personal and professional growth. It also requires a willingness to take a hands-on approach and to be
    involved in the company as a whole. The candidate will report directly to the CFO and will work with all
    other teams to ensure that accurate financial information is available for everyday decision-making.

    Schedule: 37,5 hours per week (flexible schedual)
    2 weeks vacation (plus Christmas and new years).

    Responsibilities
    Responsibilities:
    • Manage the royalty accounting system, including importing sales statements, updating contract
    information and metadata, ensuring validity of data, and preparing royalty statements;
    • Administration of grants received by the corporation at a project level, including applications and
    completion reporting;
    • Booking‐keeping, including collections and related administrative tasks;
    • Prepare governmental reporting, including salestax remittances and surveys;
    • Manage the process of legal paperwork, including waivers and union requirements;
    • Track and provide reporting to management on record production budgets;
    • Assist in Finance related projects;
    • Assist in the budgeting process.

    Qualifications
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field;
    • Strong analytical skills;
    • Can work with Sage 50
    • Works well in teams and with others;
    • Self-starter and independent learner;
    • Strong Excel skills and comfortable learning new software;
    • Experience working in a related position an asset;
    • Bilingual (English and French)
