Accounting Clerk, Dartmouth

Responsibilities
AR/AP,
Bank and credit card recs
HST remittance
Perform data entry for vendor invoices
Maintain the Accounts Payable mailbox – reply to vendors’ inquiries, and manage online invoices
Other accounting duties as required

Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- attention to detail
- Must have experience using accounting software
- Diploma or Certificate related to Accounting and Finance is an asset.
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills (Pivot tables, V-lookup, formulas, etc).
