    Are you keen to learn more about the construction industry, which is booming in the Greater Toronto Area?

    This is a newly created position with an organization that will provide a lot of stability in this economy!

    This will be an immediate hire for September or early October!

    Advantages
    - Salary up to 47.5K;
    - Work hours - 7:30 am to 4:30 am Monday to Friday;
    - Year-end bonus;
    - Annual salary review in July;
    - Full Benefits Package;
    - Holiday closure with time off;
    - Monthly office lunches and team building once a year;
    - Accounting Manager is outgoing, and knowledgeable, has been in the role for 5 years, and is very hands-on.


    Responsibilities
    Reporting to the Accounting Manager, your daily responsibilities as an Accounting Administrator:

    - Supporting the accounting department - mostly doing data entry duties in Billing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable;
    - Arranging couriers;
    - Arranging cheque pick-ups;
    - Filing;
    - 2 hours of reception back-up coverage/day.



    Qualifications
    - Strong data entry skills;
    - Comfortable with MS Office Suite and calendars;
    - Phone experience - they use 5 lines and have 50 extensions between different locations;
    - Basic Excel;
    - Good communication skills both written and verbal.
