Responsibilities
Your responsibilities for this role at this leader in the industrial tools industry in downtown Montreal will include
- Supervision of a team of 10 Payables and Receivables Clerks
- Report directly to the CFO
- Verification of the accuracy of clerks' transactions
- Frequent communication with the different accounting departments
- Coordination of payables and receivables
- Establish strategies to optimize the accounting process
Qualifications
This position in downtown Montreal for this leader in the industrial tools industry requires the following qualifications:
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
rapidly changing environment;
- Good management of priorities and respect of deadlines;
- Great attention to detail, analytical mind;
- Excellent knowledge of Office software;
- Bilingualism is recommended (English/French)
- Minimum of 5-10 years experience in accounting
- Minimum of 2-5 years of management experience
- College diploma or university degree in a related field
