Do you like working with numbers and have minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable? If that sounds like you, look no further - we would love to hear from you!

Randstad Staffing is seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounting Clerk for a permanent opportunity in downtown Winnipeg!
This role can be part time or full time!

Duties include:

- Match purchase orders confirming prices and quantity to vendors’ invoices
- Verify receipt of material or services/confirmation of receipt of material or services
- Check accuracy of employee reimbursement expenses before processing
- Enter invoices in accounting system for payments ensuring correct approval, coding and matching
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoicing and payment inquiries and discrepancies
- Respond to vendors inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Process cheque runs and set up on-line payment batches for the accounting team

- $35,000-$45,000/yr dependent on skills and experience
- Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a fast paced accounting/accounts payable role, having experience in construction is an asset
- Diploma in Accounting
- Must take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, great prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Extremely organized and willing/open to learn new skills
- Can handle pressure and deadlines
- Strong with Microsoft office and comes with experience on Sage 300
- Very professional, presentable, outgoing and can work well with a team
