Position: Accounting clerk
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent

Salary: 45-50k
In office , 37.5 hours per week, 830 to 430
Our client in the metal industry is looking for an accounting clerk to join their controller in helping them with the daily accounting tasks. You will be required to manage the accounts payable, receivable, preparing payments, following up on client accounts, do bank reconciliations and more!

Responsibilities
- Participate in the accounts payable cycle
- Enter invoices into Accpacc
- Prepare payments to suppliers
- Follow up on invoices with clients
- Send statements of accounts
- Participate in bank reconciliations
- More tasks will be given as time progresses
Qualifications
- DEP, AEC, DEC in accounting
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
- Advanced French, and a good functional English ( US clients )
- Must demonstrate proactivity
