Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Montreal (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to 110K depending on experience
Duration : Temporary to Permanent

Responsibilities
The Manager, Accounting will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure the end of the month closing and provide the various financial reports
- Leading operations process improvement / redesign projects and manage change initiatives which will optimize processes
- Produce and maintain reports, forecasts and budgets while providing support on strategic growth initiatives
- Participate in various special projects within tight deadlines and with a high degree of precision
- Provide quality financial and operational insight in support of the business by ensuring effective deployment of quality financial reporting;
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
- CPA, an important asset
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to take initiative
- Intellectually curious: Limitless commitment to continual improvement.
- Bilingual environment
- Strong work ethic and great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel
