Randstad has partnered with a well established property and development company located in North York, this innovative brand is seeking a Mandarin speaking full cycle Accountant to join there close knit team at an exciting time of growth.

The duties and responsibilities for this role will be:

• Financial Statement preparation & detailed analysis
• Full Cycle Accounting (AR/, A/P, Payroll)
• Managing Invoices, up to date spreadsheets.
• Full Accounts and Bank Reconciliation
• Cash Flow Analysis, Forecasting & Budgeting Reports
• Process and approve all incoming invoices, which includes matching them to P.O.’s
• Month & Year End Closing Procedures
• Experience managing direct reports
• Government remittances, including HST/GST and Source Deductions
• File corporate tax installments and analyze corporate tax requirements
• Responsible to keep segregation of accounting duties and internal controls and safeguards
• Implement and improve accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications
• MUST speak Mandarin
• MUST have experience in Construction & Real Estate
• CPA Qualified
• Minimum of 5 years experience in full cycle accounting
