    With manufacturing facilities in Montreal and Edmonton, the company offers effective and economical solutions in fields as varied as the petrochemical, mining, transportation or food processing industries.

    Permanent position,
    Monday to Friday from 8am-4.30pm,
    Salary 45k-55k,

    Responsibilities
    Your tasks as a accounting secretary in Anjou:

    - Welcomes visitors, informs them or refers them to appropriate resources.
    - Receives telephone calls and forwards them to whomever is entitled to them; it may respond to requests for information; it may also make communications in order to transmit information and summonses.
    - On request, transcribe on the computer in the appropriate styles and forms, paying particular attention to the grammar and spelling of documents and letters.
    - Do daily billing, suspend and/or release customer accounts, update customer records
    - Communicates with customers for unpaid invoices.
    - Classifies all invoices processed.
    - Performs billing to customers


    Qualifications
    • Minimum of 3 years in a similar position
    • Fluency in Oral and Written French and English (English-speaking client)
    • Mastery of Word, Excel, Outlook software
    • Ability to work in a team
    • Meeting deadlines
