Responsibilities
Supervise a team of 2 ( ar & ap )
Responsible for full-cycle AR ( order to cash )/ credit limits to client
full cycle AP role ( invoice to payment, bank rec. )
Multiple current (US-Cnd) environment
Month end process
Analyze the GL accounts and revise any entries
Prepare the month-end adjustment and entries
Payroll processing reconciliation and posting
Prepares and analyses supporting financial information
Participate in the year-end verification process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred, will consider a College degree with significant experience.
at least 3-5 years of exp as an accountant
must have worked with an ERP ( experience with Nethris an asset )
