Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and other financial records.
Recording financial transactions and ensuring they are correctly entered into the appropriate accounts.
Preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into an organization's financial health.
Preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
Assisting with the preparation of budgets and monitoring expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Assisting with audits and providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.
Communicating financial information to stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
DEC/AEC in Accounting with relevant work experience
2-3 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with an ERP System (an Asset)
Bilingual (an Asset)
