Enter financial data precisely into our systems.
Assist in handling invoices from vendors and suppliers.
Keep track of money owed and money owed by our organization.
Record financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
Help prepare essential financial reports.
Contribute to budget preparation and expense tracking.
Support tax preparation and compliance efforts.
Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation.
Reconcile accounts and spot discrepancies.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.
Qualifications
DEC/AEC in Accounting
2-3 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with JDE or other ERP System (an Asset)
Bilingual (an Asset)
