Responsibilities
Your responsibilities for this role with this leading law firm in downtown Montreal will include
- Actively participate in the month-end of the division (in charge of several accounting
accounting entries and reconciliation of certain ledger accounts)

- In charge of the integration of payroll in the accounting system for each completed
completed payroll cycle
- Responsible for the reconciliation of bank accounts and authorization of inter-account

- Responsible for capitalization entries and reconciliations related to
assets
- In charge of more advanced reconciliations, especially at year-end and during financial

- Key point of contact for questions and/or analyses from other departments
(Treasury and Collection, Payables, Payroll, Operations, etc.)
Qualifications
This position in Downtown Montreal for this leading law firm requires the following qualifications:
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

- Good management of priorities and the ability to meet deadlines;
- Great attention to detail and analytical mind;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite of software;

- Minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience
