We are in search of an Accounts Payable Associate to join our client, a global industry leading organization in London, ON. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and must be willing to go the extra mile during busy season in the office. We are looking for candidates who can begin immediately.

Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices for data entry (e.g. vendoring, coding, verifying prices and quantities received, after invoice audit, enter invoice into JDE)
- Preparing month-end accruals, RNV reconciliations
- Preparing cheque runs and release of cheques
- Handling supplier inquiries
- Reconciling vendor statements
Qualifications
- JDE experience is a strong asset
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
