    Calling all Accounts Payable Clerks in Toronto that are not currently working! Are you looking for a new hybrid opportunity with a growing organization in the downtown core? Are you proficient with Sage 50 and comfortable with manual processes? If so, we might have the perfect contract role for you!

    We have an exciting 6 month Accounts Payable opportunity starting in the next week and are looking for skilled Accounting professionals with 1-2 years of hands on AP experience. Ideal candidates will be highly proficient with Sage 50 and have great attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

    Responsibilities
    Posting invoices
    Processing employee expenses,
    Preparing vendor reports
    Intercompany expense invoices
    Reconciling credit cards and reviewing projects for cost recoveries.

    Qualifications
    Minimum 1-2 years’ experience processing full-cycle AP
    Proficient with Sage 50
    Experience reviewing bank statements, preparing reconciliations, and investigating variances
    Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
    Excellent attention to detail
