Are you looking for a new challenge within the Property & Development industry? Do you have a minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience in a high volume capacity? If so then I would love to connect with you regarding this great opportunity located in North York, working for a brand that is both dynamic and innovative.

As the Accounts Payable Clerk your duties will be:

• High volume invoice processing
• Manage Builder’s Lien Holdback process
• Maintenance of new and existing vendor information
• Filing of all accounts payable information
• Reconciliation of vendor statements
• Maintenance of invoice approval forms
• Preparation of monthly cheque runs and manual cheques for all companies
• Maintenance of WCB for all trades including Statutory Declarations, delinquency check and
• Preparation of monthly retention cheques
• Entering and filing of sales journals, cash receipts and journal entries
• Recording and processing of daily bank deposits


$45K - $55K annual salary (depending on experience)

• (MUST HAVE) Knowledge of using Newstar accounting system
• College Diploma and/or Post secondary education in Accounting Program.
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong worth ethic with superior attention to detail, strong communication skills (both verbal & written),
• Effectively manages priorities and successfully meets all deadlines.
• Exhibits good professional judgment and can independently follow through to resolve issues that may
