My client is an industry leader located in Mississauga and in need of an Accounts Payable Manager. The role will be reporting to the Controller, your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
Responsibilities
• Manage and coach a team of 4 accounts payable associates
• Oversee the full accounts payable function while maintaining SOX compliance
• Manage the treasury function, reconcile bank statements, and submit cash forecasts to corporate
• Monitor intercompany payable transactions for timeliness and accuracy
• Lead process improvement projects in accounts payable
Advantages• $75-85k base salary
• Annual bonus of 10%

Qualifications• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or Supervisor
• Working experience with an ERP system; implementation experience is a plus
• Knowledge in the areas of three-way matching, intercompany transactions, and foreign exchange
• University or College degree in Finance; CPA designation is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
