    We have a new fast-moving Accounts Payable/Payroll role (more data entry for payroll)!

    I'm working with this hiring company exclusively - with the Director of Finance.

    The location is Carlingview and 409 - close to the airport in Etobicoke. It would also be best if you can drive to this location as the walk from transit is about 15 minutes. They also provide paid parking!

    They would love for the hired candidate to ideally start this month but they understand if you require to give notice.

    Advantages
    Compensation and Perks:
    - 55K to 60K base salary;
    - 3 weeks of vacation;
    - Benefits after 3 months fully covered by the employer;
    - You will have your own office;
    - Work hours - 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday;
    - Lunchroom - couch, microwave, tables, fridges, Keurig machine-they provide coffee and tea; 30-minute lunch;
    - The company does regular social events - a few weeks ago had a BeaverTail truck come by for the employees; last weekend they went to a Blue Jays baseball game; they host regular bbq’s;
    - It's a family atmosphere and not just a workplace!

    Many of the employees will hang out after work!

    Responsibilities
    Role details:
    - 3 way matching for AP;
    - Seeking ERP experience - they use Epicure (this software is only nice to have);
    - Payroll they can really train on - it is more data entry;
    - AP is more the focus and it is high volume! I will be seeking a 3-way matching experience!
    - Any experience with POs and 3-way matching will be highly preferred!

    Qualifications
    - High volume accounts payable experience;
    - 3-way matching experience;
    - ERP software experience and/or Epicor;
    - Strong attention to detail
