We are currently searching for an Accounts Payable professional with approximately 2-3 years experience within accounting. This is a permanent direct hire opportunity. We need an effective communicator who is able to proactively identify imperfections with shipping orders, and follow up with the internal team and clients who have placed orders. This role needs to have a very self starting, self directed individual who is able to "own their position."

In this Accounts Payable role in Stoney Creek, your job duties will include but will not be limited to:
• Accounts Payable
• Reconciliations, matching, reporting
• Invoicing and data entry
• Primarily working in Excel
• Assisting wherever needed within the company

Who are we looking for?
• You have excellent (strong) excel skills - Must know Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
• You have 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience
• You are willing and able to assist in multiple departments
• You have the drive to move up within the company
