Responsibilities
- Processes a large volume of invoices, while respecting the payment terms of each supplier, as well as the policies and practices of the policies and practices;
- Follow up on a regular basis on the statements of accounts of the different suppliers and reconcile the amounts due;
- Pay the various requests of his immediate superior within the prescribed deadlines;
- Work with a chart of accounts in order to properly charge invoices;
Qualifications
AEC/DEC in accounting
6 months minimum of experience in accounting
Enjoys a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of JD Edwards or similar ERP systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
