Responsibilities
- Processes accounts payable in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Performs day-to-day financial transactions, including verification, classification, computation, posting and recording of accounts
payable data.
- Identifies discrepancies and resolves billing issues and vendor payment issues including contacting the vendor
- Assists in the month end closing including routine journal entries
- Produces timely and accurate reports
- Provides clerical and administrative support
- Keeps up with the workflow
- Actively participates in special projects
- Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
- DEP, AEC, DEC in accounting
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Advanced English, functional French
