    Responsibilities
    Verifies, matches and processes supplier invoices using the ERP system Oracle;
    Verifies and processes employee expense reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
    Enters credit notes, manual invoices and other related information in the ERP system Dynamics 365;
    Reconciles corporate credit cards;
    G/L analysis, as required;
    Issues and applies prepayments to vendors;
    Reconciles supplier statements;
    Ensures invoices and expense reports are processed in compliance with sales tax rules;
    Performs bank reconciliations;
    Executes wire payments
    Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to follow-up and resolve invoice or payment issues;
    - Perform filing and tracking;
    - Participate in the month-end process;
    - Work closely with internal and external customers for operational support.

    Qualifications
    AEC/DEC in Accounting
    Experience using Dynamics 365 or Great Plains( an Asset)
    2-3 years experience
    Bilingual
    Detail-oriented
    highly organized
