    Position: Accounts Payables Technician
    Location: Ville Saint-Laurent and work from home
    Salary: 50-60K + generous benefits
    Flexible schedule, hybrid


    The head office is located in the United States, but the Ville Saint-Laurent team is looking for an Accounts Payables Technician! This represents a great opportunity to join a company whose motto is the well-being of its employees!

    Advantages
    - Salary 50-60K + Benefits and very generous pension fund!
    - Pension fund, 2 parts: varies between 6.5% and 12%!
    - 95% paid insurance: medical, dental, vision, online medicine, short and long term disability
    - Hybrid mode of telecommuting/home
    - Very flexible schedule of 37.5 hours/week
    - On-site parking
    - Unlimited sick days
    - 3 weeks vacation
    - Very open, family oriented environment (some employees have been here for 20-30-40 years!!)

    Responsibilities
    • Process all invoices related to purchasing
    • Prepare payments
    • Reconcile credit card statements
    • Receiving inventory through purchase orders
    • Prepare transport paperwork for shipments across North America
    • Invoicing client’s orders
    • General office duties including answering phone, e-mails, filing, purchasing general supplies… etc.

    Qualifications
    - Approximately 3-5 years experience in a similar position
    - Degree in accounting (asset)
    - Bilingual (English+ and French)
