Responsibilities
Reporting to the Credit Manager your daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Daily invoicing of customers’ orders
· Monitor daily invoices
· Maintains Accounts receivables files and customer-related records
· Respond to inquiries and requests from customers
· Assist Credit Manager with collections
· Provide accurate and timely reporting as outlined by the Credit Manager
· Credit notes and account investigations
· Ensure payments are applied accurately
-Assisting the team with any administrative duties assigned
Qualifications
We are looking for an individual who is the right fit but also has the following qualifications:
· College Diploma
· Minimum of one year AR related experience
· Working knowledge with credit portal/release on any ERP system
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
