Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Collection on past due accounts on customers
-Account Reconciliations
-Cash applications
-Rebates/Refunds
-Advisement on payment alternatives, negotiate payment plans and handle inquiries
-Process paperwork in regards to account extensions, closures and repossessed accounts
-Providing exceptional Customer Service and support to all accounts
-Collect data and identify trends and variances
-Post to GL
Qualifications
Required:
-Strong Excel skills is a must.
-Strong communication skills
-Undergraduate degree in General Business or Finance
-3+ years of Receivables/Collections experience is a must
Summary
Compensation: 55,000-65,000 per year
Location: Downtown Toronto
