Are you seeking a stable and steady role that you will be happy performing for several years? The reason for the opening is that the current AR Coordinator is retiring after being in the role for 15 years. You will be crossed trained by her until the end of 2023.

Responsibilities
Processing receivable invoices and data - from May to August, all payments are being made at that time (high season);
Making sure everything is organized;
Calculating discounts and rebates with the big box stores.
Enter invoices into receivables;
Producing monthly reports - aging, account balances; assisting with year-end
Collections: there can be collections - overall this role is not heavy with making collection calls/emails but there is some following-up required.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in accounting or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections with a medium size company.
If you have any experience calculating rebates or discounts in the food and/or beverage industry - this would be highly preferred!
