Review credit applications
Client collection communications
Client billing profile creation
CRM management
Work closely with dispatchers for daily collection and processing of job tickets
Data entry and creation of invoices
Assist sales staff with preparing quotes and sending them to customers as directed
Adhere to corporate and departmental policies and procedures
Performs other related duties as required and assigned by management
Qualifications
1 year of related experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing
Excellent knowledge of english, spanish iand french are assets
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field [significant asset]
Effectively managing and prioritizing projects and tasks
Practical interpersonal skills, organized, credible, pro-active analytical, goal and solution-oriented
Advanced computer skills (Excel, et al.)
Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, and professionally at all times
Customer service and communication skills
