Role - Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location - Vancouver, Hybrid office
Our client, a diverse group of companies; located in Vancouver, BC, near the VCC Clark Skytrain station, is looking for an Accounts Receivable clerk for a 2-month+ temporary contract with the potential for full-time direct employment. Reporting to the Controller, the incumbent will be responsible for accounts receivable, aging reports, soft collections, and cash receipts. Responsibilities
- Complete accounts receivable cycle
- Collections calls and emails
- Debit memos and Aging reports
-Perform daily cash receipts, invoicing, and reminders to customers;
-Send statements of account to customers, follow up and reconcile accounts;
-Proceed with the opening of accounts receivable and prepare the credit application file if necessary
Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in a similar AR position
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Strong Excel skills and ERP systems experience such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards
- Have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
