We are looking for an energetic individual for this AR role, with a focus on effectively managing monthly targets and objectives in a fast-paced environment. The role involves engaging debtors via phone and email to address outstanding balances, documenting follow-up outcomes using specialized software, analyzing system-generated reports to detect account issues, and collaborating with management to identify problematic accounts in the debtors list.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in MS products, a positive attitude, and a willingness to make phone calls.

Responsibilities
- Engage with debtors through telephone or email to address overdue balances.
- Proficiently convey the outcomes of follow-up efforts for each account utilizing industry-specific software.
- Analyze data from reports generated by the system to detect account-related issues.
- Collaborate with management to review the list of debtors and emphasize problematic accounts.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- A passionate drive to achieve results through energy and enthusiasm.
- Exceptional communication abilities, displaying a clear mastery of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in MS products, demonstrating a strong working knowledge.
- A positive demeanour and effective telephone etiquette.
- Familiarity with the Transportation industry is seen as a valuable asset.
