Position: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Lachine
Salary: 50-55K + benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours

Responsibilities
-Collect receivables, negotiate with client to identify and resolve delinquency issues
-Prepare monthly accounts receivable statements and send to customers, and provide weekly reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager
-Work closely with customer services, billing and sales departments to ensure efficient processes from order to collection
-Detect problems; escalate problem accounts to management and inform supervisors of any issues that may negatively impact the collections department
-Perform other duties and tasks as required
Qualifications
-Degree in Finance or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the field of credit and accounts receivable
-5 years of relevant experience (transportation is an asset)
-Knowledge of EPICOR (an asset)
-Strong intermediate to advanced MS office skills, primarily Word and Excel
-Bilingualism (English and French functional)
