Are you looking to develop your role in Accounts Receivables? Do you come from a minimum of 2 years of related experience? Then we might have your next permanent opportunity! We are currently hiring for an Accounts Receivable representative in Oakville. Our client is located close to the border of Burlington and Oakville and is looking for their next Accounts Receivable superstar! If you are selected for this opportunity then you will be responsible for handling Collections, Monitory AR gaining reports, preparing monthly statements and handling all Accounts Receivable related tasks.

This opportunity allows you to join a dynamic team! We are seeking someone who has shown consistency at their past employers and someone who is looking for their next career opportunity.

- Collections from accounts through phone, email and letters.
- Problem-solving to create efficiencies in collections.
- Post receipts and transfers
- Provide support to customers and internal teams in order to complete the billing functions
- Review the monthly Accounts Receivable ageing reports and provide updates on delinquent accounts
- Prepare monthly statements for customer accounts
- Perform related accounting duties as required in the role
- Communicate payment terms to customers and answer any related questions as well as send follow-up emails to customers.

- Permanent opportunity with an annual salary of $42,000 - $45,000
- Great hours- Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
- Located in Oakville close to the city of Burlington

- Post-Secondary education in accounting with 2-3 years of related experience
- Professional experience with Sage 300 or AccPac 200
- Excellent communication, organization and time management
- Ability to work well with tight deadlines, create reports communicate information to other departments.
- Direct experience with collections is required in this role.
