Accounts Receivable Coordinator

LOCATION: Victoria

START DATE: Immediately

Reporting to the Office Services Manager, the Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be responsible for the
management of office accounts including project creation, invoicing, and tracking of receivables. Additionally, as
time permits, the Accounts Receivable Coordinator will assist with local marketing and promotional efforts
including proposal pursuits and response preparation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 project plans and invoices
 invoicing and disbursements to the appropriate projects
 Collections log and logging collection efforts and activities regularly
 Respond to client inquiries
 Conduct local banking
 Update client information
 Sort Statements of Account every month
 Assist with mailing
 Distribute reports
 Assist with logging all AP
 Assist Office Services Manager
 Act as back up to administrative staff for reception


PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:

 Completion of accounting courses through a recognized university or college is preferred
 Familiarity with the consulting engineering and architectural industry will be an asset

Skills:

 Strong Microsoft Excel skills
 Excellent communication skills
 Exceptional organizational ability, time-management, and attention to detail
 Ability to self-manage assignments from start to finish
 Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and calm composure
 Committed to providing exceptional client service
 Able to interact professionally with all levels of business personnel and build strong working relationships
