Responsibilities
Support technical engineers to the build and configuration of SAP Accounts Receivable module, including cash application, cash collection, credit, and dispute functions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system design, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulations.
Develop and implement SAP accounts receivable policies and procedures while integrating the module with other systems.
Create and execute test plans to verify the module's functionality, document results, and address any issues identified during testing.
Drive change management efforts to ease the transition to the new system, provide training to AR department personnel, identify process improvements, and manage deployment activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and Accounts Receivable processes.
Experience with cash application, accounts receivable, and collection workflows.
Other ERP/SAP implementation experience an asset.
Ability to prioritize scope, requirements, and work items by seeing/understanding the bigger picture.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with business partners and technical teams.
Ability to work in teams, with consulting professionals and senior leaders.
Please note: Employee may need to travel up to 40% to visit other IPEX locations in Ontario to attend project related meetings.
