A company that is in the food business, in the production and marketing of coffee is looking for an Accounts receivables clerk - administrative assistant for a permanent position in Ville Saint-Laurent. This company specializes in coffee distribution and also provides a full range of commercial machines, maintenance and repair services.

As an Accounts receivables clerk - administrative assistant your main responsibility will be to manage accounting tasks such as account receivables and billing along with various administrative tasks.

You must also:
- Enter orders;
- Manage invoices, payments and accounts receivables
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- /Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
- Other related administrative tasks.

Salary offered is $ 40,000 per year, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, full benefits after 3 months, accessible by public transit, nice work environment and understanding supervisors.

What are the requirements?
• Minimum 3 years of experience;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
• Accounts recievables experience
• Excellent ability to communicate with clients;
• Organizational skills, timeliness and ease of learning;
• Bilingualism (French and English) both spoken and written.
