Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivables Clerk at their Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue location for a permanent position. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivables.

Responsibilities
-Review accounts receivable reports regularly for any problematic accounts/payers, trends and
ensures timely follow up.
-Research any unbilled issues to optimize the billing possibilities for the billing period.
-Maintains the billing files for all projects, with all the appropriate documents in accordance with
standard procedures.
-Maintains optimal communication and rapport with external and internal clients to clear any open
issues.
-Works with the cash receipts team member to reconcile variances that occur in the application of
cash.

-Relevant experience in billing and collections
-Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond to changes in priorities ensuring
deadlines are met
-Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion
-Strong follow-up skills
-Strong organizational skills
