Responsibilities
Collect on past due accounts
Reconcile accounts, issue credit notes and make adjustments
Investigate and resolve customer queries
Approve shipments based on payment and credit history
Analyze basic credit reports to assess customer’s credit worthiness
Qualifications
Written and verbal fluency in English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible
5 years of experience in Accounts receivable/credit
