Responsibilities
Main functions
Carry out the translation of sometimes voluminous and technical documents, both in French
only in English;
Transcribe, correct and format professional staff reports
and transmit them to external customers;
Revise to ensure that the texts and documents are of high quality
higher level grammar;
Prepare and send invoices for professional work;
Greet customers at reception, answer calls and transfer the customer to the right person
resource;
Management of mail by post and courier;
Provide administrative support and respond to requests from experts;
Carry out file management and register documents in the
respective files for experts;
Identify, record, store and track specimens according to procedure
established, then proceed to destroy the specimen after receiving authorization, and
if necessary, recovery of a specimen;
Manage and maintain the inventory of all material resources and ensure
maintenance of these: purchases of office supplies and equipment, equipment
work for experts, laboratory equipment;
Participate in maintaining a supply management system;
All other related tasks.
Qualifications
Good oral and written communication, especially good written French
English requested functional
Experience in a position similar to this one
Diploma of college studies (DEC) in administrative techniques or secretarial work
( an advantage )
Experience in damage insurance a great asset
Mastery of MS Office
Sense of priorities
Autonomous, team player, attention to detail, multitasking, organized
Respect of deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
