Executive Assistant-Health sector

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO (for a very well-known health organization) who has an impeccable level in French (written/spoken) and extensive experience in taking minutes.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the CEO's agenda and take care of mail and correspondence;

- Taking care of the CEO's appointments, reservations and telephone communications;

- Write the letters, notes, reports and documents requested;

- Preparing notices of meetings of the Board of Directors and draft agendas;

- Preparing meeting files and drafting minutes of meetings and follow-up on current files;

- Arranges and coordinates meeting bookings;

- Other duties as assigned by the CEO.


Required :

- Bilingualism (impeccable command of French and English, written and oral);

- DEC in secretarial or office automation is an asset;

- Excellent command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;

- Be structured, organized, discreet and have a sense of priorities.
