    My client is looking for someone who can be an asset to their ongoing project as an Admin Assistant for at least 3 months.

    An ideal candidate will have some relative experience under the belt, and also has good knowledge of basic computer skills.

    Someone who is a fast learner, with some flexibility skills.

    Responsibilities
    Conversion / Transferring of accounts from one platform to another, which includes :

    Working with the customer masters team which will create the customer record in a news portal.
    Sorting the records month wise which needs to be worked on a monthly basis.
    Cancelling the old account/billing record.
    Checking the database to locate the new accounts.
    Double check the account credentials and do minor rectifications at the account level if required.
    Create subscriptions in Oracle which will in turn invoice the customers.
    Completing online spreadsheet by entering the subscription numbers and highlighting completed records.
    Weekly progress monitor through team meetings.
    Work needs to be completed before the deadline.

    Qualifications
    -At least a year of admin experience
    -Computer skills-
    -Flexible
    -Quick Learner
