    Randstad is now looking for a Business Coordinator for a real estate company in beautiful Victoria BC

    Are you an energetic, personable, and organized individual who is interested in seeing more people become homeowners? This client is really looking for their right hand partner to help scale up the business.

    Responsibilities
    -As the Business Coordinator with a growing Canadian business, you’ll be a key member of a close-knit team overseeing and coordinating residential real estate purchase transactions with home buyers and home investors.

    -This role calls for a high degree of communication & interaction through a variety of mediums including written (email), Skype, phone, and in person. The Ownership Coordinator helps clients by educating them (supporting people through the financing and purchasing process), responding to new requests, coordinating with external professionals (real estate agents, notaries, investment advisors) while also building and maintaining awesome relationships.

    -As the Business Coordinator, a key to your success will also be your ability to create, organize and oversee complete financial and real estate documentation.

    Qualifications
    The attributes of a great candidate in this role;
    -People-person - you must be able to interact well with people - at its heart this role is all about building relationships, educating people and supporting them through the home purchasing process
    -Has proven sales experience, and enjoys selling!
    -Has excellent written and oral communication skills
    -Is organised and great at multi-tasking - you can comfortably work with different clients at different stages in their home buying process
    -Ideally has an interest in real estate and is passionate about making home ownership an option for millions of Canadians
    -Is flexible, adaptable, and hungry to succeed!
