8:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
-Supporting the scheduler
-Working with spreadsheets
-Assuring no shortage of material, following up on the main product to be available for the operations team to function and end product is not impacted
-Strong MS Word and Excel
-Good with reading numbers
-Supporting HR project when needed
-The successful candidate will also thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team based environment
-ENVIRONMENT: Very fast pace, can be pretty intense at times, with fluctuating changes, industrial plant but working from an office
Qualifications
-Pleasant, accommodating and dynamic personality
-GREAT autonomy, team player
-Individuals should be very strong analytically with an advanced level of MS Excel.
-The ability to navigate MS Office, including MS Word, is also important for the role. Skills with MS Office suite
-Successful candidate should have logistics experience. Exposure to a warehouse/manufacturing environment is also preferable
