    Randstad is now looking for a full-time friendly Receptionist for our client in Greater Victoria for a temporary position to manage their front desk and provide admin support to the office.

    ADMINISTRATIVE/RECEPTIONIST

    Opportunity: Temporary
    Location: Victoria, Downtown BC,
    Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
    Pay: $19 per hour
    Start: As soon as possible

    It will give fantastic opportunity to interact with diverse customers as well as performing clerical office duties.

    Responsibilities
    • Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner
    • Answer the phone, direct calls, accurately receive and relay messages
    • Processing mail
    • Ensure professional and friendly interactions with internal and external customers.
    • Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filing duties
    • Ensuring delivered equipment is organized and labelled
    • Providing overall support to the running of the office
    • Admin support projects as designated

    Qualifications
    Skills and Qualifications:

    •Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    •High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    •Problem solving skills and accountability for work assigned or taken on
    •Experience with multi-line phones
    •Great at multi-tasking
