    Job Title: Administrative Agent Class 2
    Location: Sainte-Anne-De-Bellevue

    Under the authority of the Head of the Financial and Material Resources Department, the person performs administrative work as a receptionist and administrative agent for accounts receivable and accounts payable.

    In the course of his/her duties, he/she applies established complex methods and procedures, which he/she modifies as required. He/she usually performs duties related to secretarial work, the use of office automation and the preparation of files or data requiring specific knowledge.

    Advantages
    - 12 months contract (maternity leave replacement)
    - Possibility of permanent placement
    - Full time hours Monday-Friday 35 hours a week
    - Flexible start/end time (office hours)
    - Eligible for Insurances and RSP once permanent
    - Hourly pay 21.20$ to 24.51$

    Responsibilities
    - Receive phone calls and forward them to the appropriate people.
    - Take messages.
    - Scroll through email and follow up.
    - Open, sort and forward mail for the sector.
    - Filing of related documents
    - Receive and record all accounting data for the processing of accounts payable and receivable from the travel and lodging claims.
    - Perform billing for various services offered to external and internal clients (laboratory analyses, etc.).
    - For accounts receivable, print billing lists and send invoices to clients, receive and forward cheques from customers.
    - Receive, for the administrative sector, requests for car rentals and accommodation in accordance with the applicable directive and make reservations.
    - Ensure the conservation and distribution of cab and bus coupons according and ensure the follow-up of these procedures until payment is made.
    - Maintains and filing of documentation of all accounts payable and billing activities.
    - Performs any other related duties as requested by his/her immediate supervisor


    Qualifications
    - Secretarial/Administrative or Medical Secretarial DEC
    - Two (2) years of relevant experience.
    - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
    - Knowledge of accounting is an asset.
    - Knowledge of the advanced functions of the Office suite, an asset
    - Knowledge of confidentiality and document retention rules.
    - Fluency in spoken and written French and English
