​Are you a confident, enthusiastic new graduate with a background of customer service experience? If yes, then an electrifying opportunity awaits for you with one of our client’s. Our client who is a global leader in business intelligence and data collection is looking for a keen Administrative Assistant to join their family in their downtown Toronto branch.

As an Administrative Assistant, your major responsibilities would include :
•Database Management
•Advertisement Collection
•Manage the day to day office operations
•Supporting the sales team and process sales orders
•Greet all guests and manage all incoming mail
•Assist the accounting team with invoices, purchase orders, and accounts receivable
•Organize and coordinate meetings and other internal and external activities
•Coordinating and organizing meetings, conference calls and events
•Providing high level administrative support to partners and internal teams
•Liaise with industry professionals on behalf of the team
•Being the first point of contact to handle clients’ requests and questions via email and over the phone
•Provide administrative and clerical support with any Ad Hoc duties and projects as assigned

Our client is looking for a confident candidate, who’s warm, enjoys working independently and as part of the team. To be successful in this role you must be confident, proactive and be comfortable with talking to clients, assisting the team and versatile.

•Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm work schedule
•Starting salary of $30,000/year+ (based off of experience)

•2 years of experience in a customer or client facing role
•1 + years of administrative experience in an office setting
•Ability to travel between Canada and the USA frequently
•Ability to multi-task and prioritize
•Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
•Strong organization and time management skills
•Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
•Must be comfortable working with budgets, numbers, and invoices
•Experience in book-keeping is an asset
•Must have a completed post secondary degree (Bachelor of Business Administration is an asset)
