One of our clients in the Dorval region is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant - Case Management to join our growing team! If you like teamwork, you have experience as an administrative assistant, you are organized, autonomous and able to manage priorities? This position is for you. As an Administrative Assistant - Records Management you will be responsible, in collaboration with the project managers of:

Perform data entry, monitoring and updating of files while respecting the company's standards and procedures

Ensure that the weekly invoicing is completed
Provide project managers with an update of files requiring special attention
Work closely with project managers to ensure that no slippage in project planning results in delays.

Follow up with clients/suppliers/partners in a professional and courteous manner.
Contributes to the profitability and compliance of project operations and is part of regular project reviews with the management team.

Qualifications
Bilingualism
Experience in disaster recovery or construction
Knowledge of the Xactimate and Xactanalysys program
Minimum 3 years experience in an office environment
Knowledge of the Office suite

75 words per minute
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Available to travel to different sites occasionally
College diploma or secretarial diploma or relevant experience.
