    Our client in Dorval is currently looking for a receptionist / administrative assistant. This is a contractual position with strong possibility of permanence This individual will offer a warm welcome to employees and guests, in addition to performing various administrative tasks to support the diverse teams. This company has recently moved into their new facility in Dorval.

    Advantages
    Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM or 8:30AM-4:30PM
    Contract to hire
    After the contract is complete full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)
    RRSPS
    Work for a leader in the industry
    Brand new office building
    Parking on site

    Responsibilities
    More specifically, you will be expected to:
    • Greet guests courteously and direct them to the appropriate people;
    • Open, sort and distribute mail and delivered merchandise;
    • Prepare mailings and outgoing mail;
    • Order office supplies;
    • Follow up on invoices for accounts payable and keep the register up to date;
    • Do light housekeeping duties in the kitchen, order kitchen supplies and keep inventory up to date;
    • Coordinate the planning of internal meetings (order meals for participants, book meeting rooms);
    • Book flights and hotels for office employees, track them and keep the register up to date;
    • Update various directories (telephone, parking, etc.);
    • Train and support new employees in their integration and in their learning of work methods.

    Qualifications
    Must be perfectly bilingual English and French (written and spoken)
    Professional, strong communication skills, and friendly
    Computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
    Experience in reception and administration an asset
    2-3 years having worked in an office setting
